made the mistake of looking out the window

i just made the mistake of looking out the window. i need to spend some time writing up a couple of exercises for an upcoming training session. shouldn’t take too long. however, my will to work completely disolved when i looked out the window and saw that it is beautiful outside. the sun is out at the temp is a balmy 55 degrees F (it is spring in mn, okay?).
i just want to feel the air on my skin. it’s no longer freezing. it’s no longer so dry that it hurts to breathe. my battery is charged and all i have to do it put the seat back on my bike and pray that it starts. i could be out on the open road by 6pm. oh hell yea!
i want to go for a walk down by the river and test out my new camera. i love the river almost as much as i love the trainyard for photos. it’s great. you get nice long shots that sort of pull you along. you can get nature and industry all at once.
spring in mn means time to go outside to play. we’ve been couped up too long now.
