what a grey drab day

well, it’s 30 degrees and cloudy. again. like it’s been for a week or so now. the snow is melting so now things just look brown and dead. instead of white and pretty. i do love when there’s a nice blanket of snow covering everything.
lots of dead weeds out there now. suck.
so, i’m listening to country gospel music this morning to lift my spirits. my mother asked me if that worked. well, either it raises my spirits or leads to drinking whiskey. it’s kind of a crap shoot.
roll the dice.

At first I didn’t see the gospel part and thus I thought you would be losing your woman, your pickup, and your dog.
So, really you’re either lifting your spirits, or lifting a glass of spirits. Works either way.
