back in st paul

and boy o boy, it feels great! texas sure isn’t the place for me. i’m feeling better now that i’m on home ground. also i made my noon deadline on friday. i was actually finished by 9:30am. ‘course that meant that i was up and working at 5:15 but oh well. i’m at work again this weekend but this time it’s working for my ma’s business. by comparison to my day job, coming in here feels like a vacation. the pace is less grueling and if i have other stuff i need to do, i can. for example, while taking care of the weekly off-site, encrypted backup, i was able to print my credit report and get my things in order. it’s nice to feel like i can breathe a bit. though, i am a little keyed up. i think there was some caffiene in my decaf this morning.
anyway, just thought i’d give a shout out saying that i’m feeling better. after the last few posts, i thought it might be a good idea. (you know, so mom and grandma don’t worry too much–i’m okay).
