welcome to monday morning, with some politics thrown in for good measure

welcome to monday morning, folks. seems like it takes longer and longer to do the “get in to work” thing lately. and by that i mean, check the state of the world, read through and respond to emails, and check the calendar to prep for the day. oh well.
yesterday was a great day. becky and i went for a nice long walk around lake of the isles. we snuck sandwiches in to the movie theatre for lunch. we saw the new Al Franken movie. go see it. it’s good. of course it’s kind of upsetting as well. especially this morning when i hear news that according to all of our intelligence agencies, the iraq war has made us less safe than before. great. good job mr. bush. thanks for fucking us. a certain part of my anatomy hurts more and more every day. anyway, see the movie and most importantly, remember to think when you hear the news and go vote in november.
