monday mourning

more rain again last night. hail too. i heard of a one pound chunk dropping nearby. that’s a big chunk of ice, my friend. it’s looking to be hot and muggy today and then storm again tonight. i think the effects of global warming are maybe hitting the midwest even. i don’t know for sure this is global warming but i can say that weather doesn’t seem to be what it used to be.
still, it’s a good morning because i’m eating a scone and drinking some lovely dunkin donuts coffee that my wife brought me from new york. mmmm. . . . dunkin donuts goodness. that’ll make any monday morning better.
