20080228 - my gimpy foot

here’s my gimpy foot last night after three days in boston. starting to heal up today and i can almost walk like a normal person again. it’s nice to have a home to sit in again. i love the feeling of freedom wandering gives. i love feeling like the whole city is open for exploration and not really having a time for anything. it’s great. but it’s great for about three days. then it’s nice to be able to sit in a nice bright dining room with a wood burning stove in the corner and rest my gimpy feet.
