it was weird to see this bull horn just sitting in the open window of the garage. i really wanted to sneak inside and putter around. i bet there was all sorts of cool junk in there.

Part of an old alarm system? I remember there was a bullhorn tucked under the eaves of Mandy’s house in Boston. Her landlord accidentally tripped it once and waited an embarrassing two hours while it blasted the neighborhood until an electrician came and disabled it permanently.
heh, i bet that was both funny and annoying to watch. that could be the case here. i think it was the fact that the window was wide open that threw me.
