Wow, Wednesday? Already? How did this happen. I woke up feeling a little bit behind this morning. I think it is a good time to remind myself of something that I’ve been passing on to my juniors at work lately. When are we done? We’re done when we say we’re done. Almost nothing is perfect at my job. There is good reason for that. Perfection often isn’t worth the cost. The trick is to recognize the point when you’ve hit diminishing returns. (The only thing really I remember from high school econ is that phrase, diminishing returns.)
So, I’m up and working at 6:15 am after having already exercised and got the blood flowing. Time to put in a good long hard day and then rest. And at the end of the day, it will be good enough. Perhaps, good enough to a Supper Club before bed.
