Today B and I took a walk down Chicago ave and found Hoosier Mama Pie Company at 1618 1/2 Chicago Ave. the smell drew us in off the street. It was fabulous. For the first time I had mince meat pie. Where have you been all my life?

Did another roast this morning. This time I used 5 tablespoons beans. I didn't hear te first crack but I stopped the roast after 9min 30sec. Looks good. We'll see.
